Working principle of car condenser

The role of the car condenser is to transform the high temperature and high pressure gaseous refrigerant sent by the compressor into liquid refrigerant, and the refrigerant will dissipate heat in the condenser and change its state. Therefore, the car condenser is a heat exchanger, which dissipates the heat absorbed by the refrigerant in the car into the atmosphere through the condenser.The condenser of small cars is usually installed in the front of the car (generally in the front) and cooled by a fan (the fan is generally shared with the radiator fan, and some models use a special condenser fan).

The refrigerant enters the evaporator, and the pressure decreases from high pressure to low pressure gas. This process needs to absorb heat, so the surface temperature of the evaporator is very low, and then through the fan, the cold air can be blown out. Cold L condenser is from the compressor out of the high pressure, high temperature refrigerant, cooling into high pressure, low temperature. Then through capillary gasification, to evaporate in the evaporator.
